So, you want 6 easy steps?
Well here they are with no science, no long winded jargon and no crazy expectations. To get started, sit down and get reading! 
  1. Download the free ebook with simple life hacks in the kitchen - it'll save you time and get you started on your journey. 
  2. Check your motivation. Do you really want to do this? Yes - proceed with optimisim! No - that's OK, it's been nice chatting, come back when you're ready! We'll always be here waiting for you. 
  3. Get organised! If you're motivated you're already half way there. It takes a tiny bit of time and a tiny bit of effort. That's it (oh, and some motivation). You may notice a theme to this blog, and it's not all about food. 
  4. Tell everyone you know. Not for me, for you. It helps with your organisation (and motivation). 
  5. Make some new friends 😀. Keep your old ones but the new ones should have the same motivation  and interest as you. And it helps to have someone to share the journey with
  6. Set a goal, or many goals. But goal number one should be to set a goal. It can be short term or long term, it'll be the first of many on your journey.
