- Check your motivation. Do you really want to do this? Yes - proceed with optimisim! No - that's OK, it's been nice chatting, come back when you're ready! We'll always be here waiting for you.
- Get organised! If you're motivated you're already half way there. It takes a tiny bit of time and a tiny bit of effort. That's it (oh, and some motivation). You may notice a theme to this blog, and it's not all about food.
- Tell everyone you know. Not for me, for you. It helps with your organisation (and motivation).
- Make some new friends 😀. Keep your old ones but the new ones should have the same motivation and interest as you. And it helps to have someone to share the journey with
- Set a goal, or many goals. But goal number one should be to set a goal. It can be short term or long term, it'll be the first of many on your journey.
